The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair met personally to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making massive paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the customary face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
